Methamphetamine production and sale continue to be searing problems in many areas of the country. There have been numerous arrests of people using their vehicles to "cook" meth as they rode around in their cars or vans. Many "meth houses" have very young children living in the homes. Using current research sources, describe the extent of the methamphetamine problem in the United States, and the adverse health effects of producing and using methamphetamine. Include a discussion of what should be done to eliminate this public safety and health concern. Be sure to use scholarly resources and to cite the resources in your response. [250 words]
