Discussion Topic: The women's movement of the 1960s was part of a long effort by women fighting for equality since the late 1700s and continuing through today. The women's movement is now more correctly envisioned as a "gender movemen.t" Describe what a "gender movement" is and explain how that differs from a "women's movement. If you were put in charge of the gender movement today, what would be the top three issues you would focus on and why. Do not forget to reference the ideas in your response to the course materials or other resources that you consulted to answer this question.
