Describe the relationships between the work-life balance theory and Nokia company. Should show no only the ways Nokia positively illustrate or utilize the work-life balance, but also the ways Nokia contradict or poorly use the theory. A relationship is where a suggested theory is supported by a company illustration. An inconsistency is a contradiction between the specifics of a concept and the experience of Nokia.
