1- How can we reliably account for the depreciation in intellectual assets in a firm (not just in the sense of accounting)? Keep in mind the recent brain drains, restructuring in large tech companies and even IPOs

2- Many people think of the internet of things, IoT,as some magic web of connected devices that will communicate with each other and act together, but the bitter truth about it is nobody knows where the intelligence in internet of things will live. When you add "cloud" it gets even more complicated. What is your take on a "IoT and cloud" ecosystem? Do you think they can co-exist with fair enough competition in the market offering services in abundance to fulfil the needs of consumers?
