Define e-government and e-learning. Describe a previous or current change initiative in a public agency that involves a shift to e-government or e-learning. Also describe the stages of an organizational change initiative. Next, describe a previous or current change initiative in a public or nonprofit organization that you have witnessed (or are witnessing) firsthand (it can be the same as the first one above, but does not have to be; if you cannot think of any change initiative you have personally witnessed, you can research one that has been covered in the media). What stage is this organization currently in or (if in the past) in which stages did this change initiative experience challenges? How could this change initiative be better managed or have been better managed?
