The logistics field has become more integrated with other functional disciplines especially in life cycles and product development models over the last 20 years. Based on what you learned from this module, explain how logistics is incorporated into the product development model. Based on your experience in the field or as a consumer of products, explain how logistics was incorporated into your field or acquired product. 

As an example, you purchased a lawn mower. How did the manufacturer provide customer service after the sale? What process is available for you to purchase after the sale parts or service? What issues did you have with delinquent lawn mower delivery, warranty, claims, or recalls?
