4. From the viewpoint of brand-building, what kinds of inputs can be obtained from case Exhibit 3 that substantiate the inferences from case Exhibit 1?

5. What recommendations would you provide to differentiate the image of the Himalaya herbal brand, taking into consideration your responses to questions 1-4?
