HUMAN RELATIONS: Despite some progress and examples of minorities rising above the challenges of "Glass Ceiling", "Succession planning", and "Dysfunctional Managers", there is still widespread discrimination in the workplace although done much more covertly because employers fear costly lawsuits. Discuss how organizations are meeting these challenges that have a direct impact on employee development.
