After reading the textbook chapters. the weekly article about Google's mindfulness-meditation program, as well as watching the video presentations, find another example of an organization that has implemented programs and tools to assist their employees in managing and coping with their stress. You can use any source such as popular press, journal articles, and websites, as long as you provide a link for readers to follow and read.

b) Does your organization/employer/workplace use or encourage forms of relaxation or any other stress management tools? How is it different/similar to the example above? What impacts does this have on the employees? Discuss. (200 words)
