Be sure to consider both foundational and contemporary theories of leadership and how they apply in this case. Also, consider the role of ethics in this case.

An analysis of the levels of leadership theory that are presented in this case. Also, be sure to examine ethical issues as they relate to this case. What ethical dilemmas could be occurring? What leadership styles are evident from the actions of Helen? Lastly, provide a brief exploration of two ways leaders can gain, sustain, or lose power and why.
