Initial Post: After you watch both videos, think about the focus of this week's reading: delivering effective lessons that connect your students to learning.

Since you watch two videos, you should at least reference these two (and include the matching in-text citations where you used the referenced material). How do you reconcile the two different perspectives on learning exhibited in the videos?
