The Clark County School District in Nevada has a proactive plan for protecting the safety and well-being of Clark County school students and staff. The video illustrates (through simulation) the plan in place to assess threats made by students.
As you consider the balance between student threats and student rights, do you believe this plan adequately addresses both?
