Discussion - Development Plan Insights
Now that you have completed most of your development plan and the semester is drawing to a close, share the following with your colleagues:
- What insight have you gained from the process of embarking on this written plan?
- How have you changed (or not) in terms of your thinking about your job, career and future?
- What do you think you will do differently based on things you became aware of going through this process?
- How will you become a better leader?
Be sure to answer the above questions with very specifically demonstrating your mastery of the course materials.
