Consider the value of working in organization whose mission and vision is congruent with your own values and how that would improve your productivity and contributions to the organization.

For the second part of this assignment, please review the mission, vision, and values statement of where you work. Using APA format, write a 3-5 page paper analyzing your organizations values, your personal values, and the implications for decision-making within your current work environment.
