For this assignment, study product development and the operation system of your organization, or any other organization and create a PowerPoint presentation to show your findings to the senior management group. Include the following in your presentation:

• What strategic alternatives would you recommend for continued success of the organization and why?

If you do not work for any organization, select an organization with which you are familiar and study its operations system to develop your presentation. Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
