Problem:
On 15th of April 2011 at the District Council, there was the board meeting for renewal of existing employees working contract. Tom was the President of Board together with other four (4) members. Richard, the son of President of the Board was among one of employees and his contract was renewed.
Stephanie whose contract wasn’t renewed wishes to challenge the renewal of Richard’s contract but also wishes that her complaint remain anonymous as she fears for her safety.
