Discuss an organizational decision that involved you as either someone responsible for the decision or someone that was impacted in some way by the decision. Identify as many potential stakeholders associated with the decision and explain their positions. What positions overlapped and what positions were conflicting with the decision? Identify if there were any differences in the way the decision was communicated formally or informally (i.e. through the grapevine) based on the stakeholders involved and how that impacted sense-making within the group.
