• Because the rates and availability of the different plans differ by state, you will need to provide your zip code to see what plans are available to you.

• Give a summary of each of the Medicare plan options (A, B, C, D) and how they differ.

• Consider

• Consider On which Medicare plan did you decide? Be specific. Give the rationale to defend which Medicare option you chose. What about Part D... what decision did you make about that?

• Reflection

• In the second part of this paper, you will reflect on the ease of making these decisions. What parts of this assignment were easy to complete?
