Development of a Customer Service Training Program

The training program of staff of a sit down mid size bar grill is a sensitive as well as a very important one. It holds the key of success or the failure of the enterprise itself. The attendants at such a bar have to perform a variety of duties; which includes:
Completing customer transactions,
Cleaning food or stock areas,
Assisting the kitchen area,
Maintaining the inventory,
Performing all other responsibilities assigned by the manager

The two items on which hinges a mid size bar and grill are good inviting customer service and the menus. Menus must be reviewed and customer's reactions to various items/products must be noted and improved.
