Develop a survey proposal for the research question you are examining for your Final Project. Include the following elements in your proposal

The population you wish you to survey

15-20 sample questions that you would ask (You may include the questions you developed for this week's Discussion.)

The survey technique you would use (face-to-face, telephone, computer, mail, etc.) to administer these questions, and the advantages of this technique over other survey techniques for your particular research question. 2 pages in APA format
