Develop a major handout on the main principles of instructional leadership with a clear explanation why each focus area was selected and an annotated bibliography on each main principle. This handout must be a tool that the administrator could use with staff members to offer insights into ‘instructional best practices‘ and their applicability in meeting the requirements of the learner.
1-develop the handout to display clearly the key principles of effective instructional that are required to improve instructional practices and curricular materials. The principles must reveal practices which accommodate learners’ diverse needs. The handout must also show technology and information systems required to enrich instructional practices.
2-On the handout show clearly the relationship of each principle by grouping them according to areas of focus. The handout should show that each set of principles has been examined in a thorough manner.
3-the handout should be arranged in a manner which has graphic appeal, but also supports clarity in showing the relationship of the principles to one another and to each other.
4- Provide a rationale for each focus area and for all (principles of effective instruction) by showing how to apply the principles for achieving student learning. Support all principles with accepted research in the field of effective instruction.
5-Provide an annotated bibliography.
A-all principles that are listed need to be annotated in order to provide a brief description of the principle.
B-A minimum of 12 sources require to be used
C-All sources need to be listed using a standard bibliographic format.
