Develop a crisis communication plan for an organization of your choice. Include a social media policy. Plan should be no less than five pages long and include, at a minimum, the following items:

• Title page (with clear identification of organization)

• Statement of purpose

 Scope 

 Situations and assumptions

• Audience profile

• Chains of command/approval processes (operations)

 Key communication strategies

 Delegation of responsibilities

 Evaluation of communication efforts

• Guidelines specific to social media use

• References.
