What are the key benefits, challenges, risks and opportunities inherent in a Harm Minimisation model of professional practice?
Student must explore the history of the model, the underpinning theory, the Australian AOD agencies applying this model and the relationship between a Harm Min model & the YACVic Code of Practice

a) At least 5 different resources are cited including set readings or chapters, peer reviewed journal articles and text books including e-journals and e-books.
b) Non-academic websites should be used sparingly and may not be considered as a valid reference.

e) Direct quotes and paraphrasing are accurate and blended into essay.
