Design an environmental management system (EMS) for any organization’s Logistics System. Hint: Follow the following planning steps: 1. Describe the Logistics System of your organization. 2. Identify the environmental aspects of the system, explaining why they are environmental aspects (i.e. what impacts do they generate), quantifying and analyzing the impacts where possible. 3. Draft an environmental policy for your Logistics System. 4. Draft and environmental management program for your Logistics System, with clear objectives and targets, activities, resources, deadlines and allocated responsibilities. 5. Present the above in a report, the Logistics EMS Planning Report. 6. The report should be between 8 -15 pages long.
