1. Each student will search on the Internet for B-C e-commerce systems that you can use.For example, the following are good sources:

• airline (or train, flight , show, or other) ticket purchase
• shopping sites on the internet
• Online banks and financial institutions
• Online insurance (life, medical, homeowner, and others) purchase
• Rentals (car, video, audio, and others)
• Online hotel reservation

Then answer the following questions:

1. Evaluate the website based oncontrol used for :

A. Interface layout and formatting

B. Data entry

C. Navigation and support

*For each point write what did you like and dislike about the design?

(Avoid any ambiguous word as ease of use; write a detailed description for the previous points)

2. Evaluate of the website based on the visibility and affordance.

3. Does the website optimal balance between the number of pages refreshes and delay between page refreshes? Would your answer change if you were using a different network, or assessing the system at different time of day?

4. Select two use cases from the website and write the storyboarding for each (using a print screen option).
