Describe the steps that should have been taken to prevent Afforfable Act Care often called the Obamacare negative outcome in this project?

There were certain issues that were encountered by healthcare.gov project, some of the key issues faced are:

-The server was not strong enough to handle huge traffic and hence on the very first day the website crashed because of unexpected traffic.

- Estimates regarding the number of people who would be enrolling and hardware and software infrastructure were not good enough to manage the load.

- Rules of project management were not followed and unnecessary needs and technical incompetence were some of the key issues faced by healthcare.gov

- lastly, we need to acknowledge the fact that the testing team did not do an excellent job and inadequate testing resulted in such a failure.
