According to Schein and his three levels of organizational culture number 3 is actually giving me a difficult time. Describe the 3 level of Underlying assumptions - This level deals with phenomena which keep undescribeed when insiders are asked about values of organizational culture. Information is collected in this level by observing behavior carefully to collect underlying suppositions as they are sometimes taken for granted and not recognized. According to Schein, essence of organizational culture lies in this level.
