Air quality is critically significant for human health and the environment. Since the 1970's, different regulations and amendments have been enacted to make sure a raise in air quality across the nation. The amount of regulations and constraints which pertain to the development of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is daunting. Describe some of the challenges when addressing Air Quality in both attainment and non-attainment areas.
