1) Present a problem faced by organization which I chose Verizon Wireless. It is apparent that there is a somewhat of a high turnover rate with the employees that work there OR any other problem of yur choosing and give a solution per thinking style which is (Logical Thinking).

2) Demonstrate how an Emotional Thinker, Optimistic Thinker, Creative Thinker, and a Logical Thinker would approach this problem as well.

3) We have to meet up with each other to review the details of the problem and how it affects various stakeholders.

4) How a Creative , Emotional , and Logical Thinking Style can positively and negatively affect decision-making in organizations.
