Demand=100 parts per day, Containers hold eight parts each, Takes six hours to make a round trip with one container from one work cell to the next and back again. Desired saftey stock is 15%. Contianers needed being used is eleven.

If all this info above stays the same and company X woulk like to reduce the number of containers being used to eight, what has to be changed? How does the change impact the system?
