Q1- Define a brief personnel policy that an organization could accept to protect itself from sexual harassment lawsuits.
Q2- Presume you were asked to enter a debate in which your task was to contend against any special exertion to manage workforce diversity. What would you say?
I encourage you to give thoughtful thought to Q2. It may seem similar a difficult challenge if it opposes your view however understand that by examining the argument against workforce diversity you build a far better basis on which to defend and support it. I challenge you to enlarge your critical thinking skills as well as tackle this unique question.
