I have used DonorPerfect and Donor Snap as a CRM to prospect new donors, as well as determine the donor's capacity to give several times or upgrade their level of giving. These systems have help me to best steward existing donors as I obtain additional information about their interests. My organization is now implementing SalesForce in stages.
