This is a business plan of my module RESEARCHING AND DEVELOPING A BUSINESS PLAN FOR A NEW VENTURE.I am a final year undergraduate student in England. So I need harvard referencing and British English. And I'll provide documents of how to write this report. Produce a 2500 word Customer Feasibility Analysis Report for you own "entrepreneurial dream" (hotel and outdoor activities). This report must be no more than 2500 words. This report MUST follow a structure and requirements I provided. All tables, figures etc. MUST be in separate clearly presented appendices which should be no more than 10 A4 sides in length.

The proforma of the report MUST be as follows:

Section1.Executive Summary:

- Briefly sets out what follows

Section 2 Micro-Level market assessment:

- Overview of primary/ and secondary research undertaken
- Target market and its pain identified; compelling benefits of your solution identified, with evidence that those in the segment are willing to pay a price that works;
- Target market segment, size and growth rate;
- Options to grow into other segments.

Section 3 Macro-Level market assessments:

- Overall market size and growth rate;
- Macro-trends analysis to assess future market growth and attractiveness

Section 4 Macro-Level industry assessment:

- Five forces analysis: whether or not the industry is attractive;
- Likely changes therein going forward

Section 5 Micro-Level industry assessment:

- Any proprietary elements;
- Any superior organisational processes, capabilities or resources identified that are not easily duplicated or imitated;
- Economic viability of business model established:
- Revenue forecast with clear justification for figures predicted;
- Customer acquisition and retention costs, and time required to obtain a customer;
- Expected gross margins;
- Capital investment required;
- Expected break-even point;
- Operating cash cycle characteristics

Section 6 Team assessment:

- Mission, aspirations and propensity for risk;
- Team's ability to execute on the CSFs in the industry;
- Team's connectedness up, down and across the value chain

Section 7 Summary and conclusions:

- Why this opportunity is or is not attractive and on what one or at most two domain(s) you rest your case.
