Put yourself in the position of a state legislature. You want to introduce a crime bill designed to reduce credit card and identity theft in order to protect the citizens of your state. Before drafting your crime bill you first need to research the current laws of your state. Using the following website (the section titled Laws Addressing Hacking, Unauthorized Access, Computer Trespass, Virus, Malware) identify the state you reside in, and summarize current laws that exist relating to computer and cybercrimes. Hint: you may want to use the Search or Find (Control - F) feature and look for "computer", "cyber", "virus", or "hacking" to begin your search after you click on the state you reside in.
