Current law requires that affirmative  action programs(AAP) be eliminated once affirmative action goals have been achieved. Do you feel that a company that was discriminating against minorities for years, and implenemted a court order AAP, should be let "off-the-hook" so easily? Remember , the company has meet the affirmative action goals for hiring a diverse workforce and has met all requirements of the law. Consider how long you want the government involved in the company? Consider the impact of your comments on the overall problem and issue for the long term and involving multiple companies try to be objective and avoid making the issue personal as much as you can.
