"Culture A shared system of symbols, beliefs, attitudes, values, expectations, and norms for behavior" (Robbins, 2014, 57)

Is the first step on the way to changing a "culture" is to understand what is its definition. 

Using the definition of culture found above, what is the "culture" of the organization where you work? Should an attempt be made to realign the culture to the ever changing social, economic and political environment? As mention before Darwin did not write the "survival of the fitness" but the survival by adapting to new conditions.
