Critical Thinking Exercise:

Consider a new technology or process you have been exposed to in the last two or three years. What issues may have affected either you or someone you have observed? What factors have enabled the process to be adapted?

Research exercise:

Find an article that provides guidelines for managers on how to manage technology and innovation. What do you think of the advice?

Both exercises must be completed. Each answer should be at least single full page typed. At least two full double-spaced pages of content are expected. Include at least one reference per page in APA format.
