Critical theory questions and challenges the status quo in hopes of changing it. Critical theorists believe that social science theories are based on the fundamental values & beliefs of the theorists & as a result they often believe that these theorists cannot be objective. If objectivity isnt possible anyway, many critical theory advocates see social activism as a natural and appropriate role for theorists. What do you think about this?
