Creating a Blog
Go "outside the classroom" and observe or recall a previous observation of a facilitator leading a group. (This observation can be within your organization, personal experiences, volunteer experiences, etc.
Identify what you would have done differently, and what skills used by the facilitator that were most effective in handling the group.
