"Create" your own interest group(s) that they think might have the greatest influence over policy makers. How would the finances of the interest group look? Would it focus on many issues or just one issue? Would it be a small or a large interest group? What would the composition of its members look like? Are there any existing groups out there that are similar? This exercise is to get you to understand which types of interest groups are most influential and get their perspective goals reached most of the time.
