Information for employees associated to employment will be kept in one file.
Personnel files are property of Company XYZ. Supervisors and management officials who have authentic reasons to review files may do so. Employees may review files at any time in business hours. Information in personnel file will be retained and suatained by HR department and will not be disclosed without release of information or judicial order.
Employees who problem accuracy of information in their personnel file can ask for removal through HR.
