2. Create and define an employee hiring/training/retention plan, linking action plans to issues of motivation, empowerment, training, and coproduction with patients and families.
3. Identify how your action plans are linked to the organizational vision and mission and the service strategy.
NOTE: This is just a regular hospital serving the community. The whole think has to be at least 3 pages long so that will give you an idea of how long each part would be. Please cite sources.
