Create a project plan to identify an organizational client, diagnose their OD issues and readiness for change. The "plan" can focus on a team, unit, department division, etc., at the student's place of employment, or outside organization if an employer is not relevant. Reading the first two chapters in the text, Practicing Organization Development, 4 edition; by William J. Rothwell, Jacqueline M. Stavros, Roland L. Sullivan, and chapter one in the Jeff Haldeman text first edition will help to set the stage for better understanding this project. In essence, you will because OD consultants within your organization and work on a real-life OD issue; some of you may already occupy an OD position.

The first week, the assignment is to identify a client organization. Specifically you will:

1. Identify the type of client (work team, unit, department, division, etc.)

2. Describe the client organization, that is, what do they do? Marketing ? Accounting?

3. Where do they fit within the larger organization? Report up through the Finance Department?

4. Describe how they are organized/structured; hierarchy (leader's title), members roles/types of job, population (how many work there). please no plagiarism.
