Create a Personal Social Responsibility plan based upon your Core Values and Personal Ethics. The PSR should contain-Your value chain (what is most important to least important as you confront Ethical Dilemmas). This would be your version of the Triple Bottom Line. This should include your personal life (family, children, and parents) along with your business life since the two cannot be separated (but money and business will often try.)

How will you balance the Strategic, Altruistic and Ethical responses in your life, especially when applying for a job or promotion, dealing with work when what they want is not right or just finding the balance between personal and professional? There are times when you will do good for the sake of doing good, other times where you must do good to fix something you “broke” and other times when you will do good just to get noticed. How will you use Dobrin or Kohlberg or the Sleep Test (or any of the other models) to make sure you have the proper balance?
