Consider that most of Total Toys clients are large commercial stores like Macy's. However, the distribution center is also responsible for shipping mail orders from Amazon.com. The work is considered fairly clean, but it is essentially manual labor. The most important aspects of the work are timeliness and accuracy. UPS and Amazon.com pride themselves on their response times and expect the same from their clients.
