Create a good Training Project on the topic HIPAA and cyber security and how we can do fight against HIPAA violation.

use the following guidelines below

As you begin the training project you should start at the very beginning and determine the support you would have for your project.

Lay the groundwork for corporate training. Be sure the training strategy has strong ties to organizational strategies and competencies.

Ensure senior leadership support. Whether the initiative is driven by senior leaders or not, visible support in the form of funding, resources, facilitation, and testimonials goes a long way toward demonstrating credibility.

Once you know the support you will have for your project, you will then need to determine the amount and type of training that will be required.

Perform an organizational readiness assessment for training. Ensure the success of the initiative by assessing cultural, infrastructure, and employee readiness for more aggressive learning opportunities.

Carefully assess both the need for technology and the technology available before adding new capabilities to the portfolio.

When the type of training and the technologies needed and available for use are determined you will then begin developing your actual training content.

Develop a single, integrated learning portal for professional development.

Demonstrate a combination of delivery approaches for e-learning solutions.

Build strong relationships with other key business units in the organization.

Adhere to traditional change management principles.

Provide supportive learning environments for employees.

You should be able to identify the expectations / results of the training project you will develop. It is always good to cross check your needs analysis against your training program and develop an assessment tool to determine how well your project has allowed the participants to meet those needs.

Outline expectations for training participants.

Many times a corporate trainer has to justify the need for training programs. You should perform a Return on Investment study for your training project that you could present either in writing or as a presentation to management.

Because ROI compares the actual net benefits of a program with the program’s costs, there must be some mechanism to easily and routinely capture the costs for a specific program or a small number of activities. The following list shows the typical factors in an ROI calculation that you should prepare:

Needs analysis

Development costs

Program materials

Instructor/facilitator costs

Facilities costs

Travel/lodging/meals

Participant salaries and benefits

Administrative/overhead costs

Evaluation costs

Since there is always room for improvement, you should develop an assessment tool that will allow the participants of the training program to evaluate the course, workload, materials (including facilities and computers), and the actual instruction and instructor/trainer. This should provide you with data that will allow you to improve your program. You should indicate how you would use your assessment data.

Examples of ways to use your evaluation data for improvement

Better measure the effects of corporate training on meeting the organization’s goals

Capture leadership tidbits

Create basic-level tutorials

Develop an annotated central resource repository or needs-based content library

Expand technical sources

Fine-tune infrastructure needs

Initiate online guest speaker discussions

Develop a needs-based content library

Pilot additional custom courses

Populate new curriculum areas

Provide additional distance-learning capabilities
