3. Since Steve Jobs' death, it appears that Apple has become much more transparent with what officials publish about the company. What role do you think audit reports had in this?

4. During audits conducted by Apple at the Foxconn plant, a number of violations were discovered. How did management/leadership at the Foxconn plant contribute to these violations? Were they preventable? How?
