You have been asked by Senior Management to discuss the pros and cons of a pay for performance wage system. In your discussion, prepare three bullet points that support a pay for performance system for all employees. On the other side of the issue, give three bullet points that may be negative in adopting a pay for performance system. Remember, you want to address only the pros and cons of a pay for performance system coming to all salaried and hourly employees.
