1. Briefly summarize what NCLB is, including its two most notable goals, and explain the implications of NCLB for home, school, and community partnerships.

2. Briefly summarize what IDEA, an IEP, and an SST are. Then identify and explain at least two specific implications IDEA, IEPS or SSTs have for the formation of home, school, and community partnerships.

3. Based on the Learning Resources as well as your own beliefs, describe one specific ethical obligation and one specific legal obligation professionals have in ensuring the health and well-being of the young people with whom they work, including the difference between the ethical obligations and legal obligations. Then describe a specific example of how you might enact each obligation in a setting of your choice.
