Consider a local pizza-delivery operation (for example, Dominos Pizza). The management has asked you for help in order to study, for potential improvement of, its delivery operation. (Assume the pizza and all consumables are at their optimum so the management's concern is related to the delivery operation of the store and not the food.)

Design a plan (or process) to study the delivery operation for improving it. Discuss the approach you might take to undertake this study.
